Andrew Baker Head Instructor
Narrative:
Andrew Baker has first hand experience with the rehabilitative capabilities of tai chi.
After four years of physical rehabilitation following a work related injury, he was only able to perform part-time, restricted duty work and had a minimized quality of life. Mr. Baker began studying tai chi and is now able to work full-time and enjoys a full and complete life. His experience with the physical rehabilitation process coupled with his work experience as an adult educator, make him particularly effective with senior, physically handicapped, and physical rehabilitation populations.
He teaches senior classes, wellness programs, and recreation programs.
He is a published author and a member of the US Wushu Union and the Amateur Athletes Union.
